In-stock items will be handed over to the shipping service provider within 1–2 working days. The shipping service provider's delivery time is expected to be 1–3 working days.

For item values of €60 or more, we offer free standard shipping within Germany. The item value is calculated after discounts, excluding shipping and surcharges.

• Under €15: €3.90 standard shipping + a one-time €4.90 small order surcharge = €8.80.
• €15–€24.99: €3.90 standard shipping, no small order surcharge.
• €25–€59.99: €5.90 standard shipping.
• From €60: Free standard shipping.
• Freight forwarding (from 31 kg): free of charge, if available at checkout.

Yes, as soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.

Our cables are sourced from selected manufacturers, produced in accordance with applicable DIN and European safety standards, and undergo internal inspection before shipment.

Rigid cables (e.g., H07V-U) have a solid copper conductor and are suitable for fixed installations. Flexible cables (e.g., H07V-K) consist of many thin wires and are ideal when the cable is moved or bent.

The type designations follow an international code: N=standard cable, Y=PVC insulation, M=sheathed cable, J=with protective conductor. H07V-K: Harmonized core cable, 450/750V, PVC-insulated, flexible (class 5).

The appropriate cable cross-section depends on several factors, e.g., current, cable length, installation method, and fusing. Please select the cross-section suitable for your planned application or use our cable calculator for assistance.

We source our cables from renowned German and European manufacturers. All products are subject to strict quality controls and are tested before shipping.

Copper offers higher electrical conductivity than aluminum for the same cross-section. Aluminum is lighter and requires a larger cross-section for comparable conductivity. Flexibility and corrosion resistance must also be assessed based on the material, conductor construction, and operating conditions. At EBROM, you will find copper lines and appropriately labeled cables made of 99.9% pure OFC copper. Which material and conductor construction are used is stated for each respective article.

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Simply return the goods in their original packaging. Exception: Cut-to-length goods and cables made to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
